Thank You for Your Help!!

A big thank you goes out from us to the over 500 women who joined our Sleep TYME (Sleep Throughout Your Motherhood Experience) Study! Your participation will help us learn more about sleep during pregnancy and the first month at home with a new baby.

How Will This Study Help?

We know very little about sleep problems in pregnancy and after childbirth. Your contributions to the Sleep TYME study will help us learn how common sleep problems are and what factors make sleep problems more likely to occur in pregnancy. Telling us about your experiences during pregnancy will also make it possible for us to find out if having sleep problems makes it more likely that other health problems occur for women or their babies. The information we gain will help us develop ways to find, prevent and treat sleep problems and improve the health of mothers and babies in the future. The Sleep TYME study is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
